Vitamin E oil really does grow and lengthen eyelashes?
I heard that Vitamin E Oil is a healthy way to grow or lengthen eyelashes right? if it is, is simply normal vitamin E oil, organic stores, as in 'Holland and Barrett or different? please help me!
